Healthy No-Bake Peanut Butter Treat

This is a super easy recipe.  No baking required ..... just freeze, slice and enjoy.

1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
1 banana, mashed
2 tbsp. coconut oil
a bit of maple syrup, if you want

Mix all ingredients together and press into a pan.  Top with anything you prefer.  I topped mine with fresh cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seed and trail mix.  Freeze until solid.  

So good!
